Digi Speed Refund Policy
Digi Speed is a digital marketing, web designing and development, and digital marketing training company established in 2026 and serving clients and learners across India.
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for digital marketing services, SEO, Local SEO, advertising services, social media marketing, website design and development, web applications, maintenance services, digital marketing training, online classes, 1-to-1 tutoring and other services offered by Digi Speed.
Once a project or service has started, the payment made for that project or service is non-refundable. Advance payments are also non-refundable.
General Refund Terms
Before purchasing a service, clients are encouraged to understand the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, pricing and other applicable terms.

Clients should review the agreed service scope and requirements before making a payment.
Advance Payment
Any advance payment made to initiate a service or reserve project work is non-refundable.
Project Commencement
Once work has started, the payment for the relevant project or service is not eligible for a refund.

Advance Payment — No Refund
Digi Speed may require an advance payment before beginning a project, service or other agreed work. The advance confirms the client’s intention to proceed and may be used for planning, resource allocation, project preparation or commencement of work.
Once an advance payment has been made, it will not be refunded, including where the client subsequently decides not to continue with the project, subject to any specific written agreement between Digi Speed and the client.
Digital Marketing & Web Project Services
Digi Speed provides various project-based services, including digital marketing, SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, business website development, WordPress, landing pages, e-commerce, WooCommerce, web applications, custom portals, mobile apps and website maintenance.
When a client approves the project and work begins, Digi Speed may allocate time, resources, planning, development effort and other business resources toward the project.
After the project or service has started, payments made toward that project or service are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation & Notice Period
If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project or discontinue a continuing service arrangement, the client should provide Digi Speed with a written cancellation notice.
MONTH
A minimum notice period of one month is required for project cancellation or discontinuation of an ongoing project, unless a different written arrangement has been agreed between Digi Speed and the client.
The notice period allows the parties to properly manage ongoing work, pending deliverables, communication and project closure.
Training, Classes & 1-to-1 Tutoring
Digi Speed provides training and learning services including Digital Marketing Training, Online Classes, 1-to-1 Digital Marketing Tutor sessions, SEO Training, Google Ads Training, Meta Ads Training, Social Media Training, WordPress Training and Web Design Training.
Free Demo Before Starting Training
For applicable training programs, Digi Speed provides one demo class free of charge so that a learner can understand the teaching format, subject approach and overall learning experience before starting paid classes.
Once paid training, classes or 1-to-1 tutoring have started, the applicable payment is non-refundable.
Free Demo Class Policy
The free demo class is provided to help learners make an informed decision before enrolling in a paid training program.
- One demo class may be provided free of charge for an applicable training program.
- Learners are encouraged to ask questions and understand the training format before making payment.
- Payment should be made only after the learner decides to proceed with the training.
- Once the paid training program has started, the payment is non-refundable.
Demo availability, scheduling and format may depend on the particular training program and instructor availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
The standard no-refund terms described in this policy apply to Digi Speed services and training. Any exception to these terms must be expressly agreed to by Digi Speed in writing.
A verbal discussion, informal message or assumption should not be treated as a modification of this Refund Policy unless the applicable arrangement is clearly confirmed in writing by Digi Speed.
Third-Party Services & Expenses
Some digital projects may involve third-party services, subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, advertising platforms, plugins, themes, software, applications or other external services.
Where such third-party costs are incurred or paid on behalf of a client, those costs may be subject to the third party’s own refund and cancellation policies and may not be refundable by Digi Speed.
Clients are encouraged to review applicable third-party terms before approving such expenses.
